What is Resolve Rewards?
Resolve Rewards is a loyalty program that allows you to earn points and receive tier benefits as you continue your care journey with us.
Points are earned for:
- Purchases made in‑clinic and online
- Follows and shares on Facebook and Instagram
- Submitting clinic and product reviews
- And more!
What are the tiers?
All members begin at the Rise tier. As you make more purchases, you move into higher tiers—Refresh and Revitalize—which offer increased points earning and expanded benefits.

How do I redeem my points?
Redemption is easy and made by logging in at shop.resolvesleep.com and navigating to Resolve Rewards. There you'll see your points balance and click "Redeem My Points" and choose an eligible reward to apply to your online order.
Do the Resolve Rewards points expire?
No, your points don't expire and your tiered benefits will remain in effect.
When did the program launch?
Our Resolve Rewards program launched on March 2, 2026 for members to start earning points on their purchases.
