Shipping policy

This Policy describes Resolve’s (and its affiliates and subsidiaries, collectively “Resolve Sleep”, “we”, or “us”) processing and shipping of online purchases, subscriptions, returns, exchanges, warranties, and cancellations.   

Business Hours 

All orders ship during business hours from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, excluding public holidays. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Processing times may be longer due to volume, statutory holidays, promotions, and stock availability.  

Processing time is different from shipping timeWhen your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number via email. 

Shipping Policy 

Expedited Free Shipping on Orders Over $250 within Canada. 

Orders over $250 are shipped free via Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service (1-7 business days). You may choose to upgrade to other premium shipping services for an added fee that is calculated at checkout. Orders under $250 will have a flat shipping rate of $15 added at checkout. 

We currently ship within Canada only. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of Canada will be cancelled and refunded.  

Order Tracking 

Resolve Sleep does not guarantee shipping times. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided and can be monitored directly through the courier website. 

For any questions regarding delivery status, please contact the courier directly, as we do not have control over the package once it leaves our warehouse. Most couriers do not operate on weekends or statutory holidays, and tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be re-routed or modified 

Delivery Time 

All orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Packages are normally delivered within 1-7 business days. Processing times may be longer due to volume, statutory holidays, promotions, and stock availability. Processing time is different from shipping time. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number via email.  

Order Cancellations  

A confirmation of order via email is not a contract. Orders may be cancelled due to:  

  • Insufficient/no stock 

  • Inability to authorize a credit card or other payment options 

  • Suspicion of fraudulent intent 

  • Orders with shipping address outside of Canada 

  • Inability to communicate details
